My name is Shannon, and I am an English teacher in Korea.

I got a rhinoplasty and tip plasty. I had the surgery about two months ago. The healing process was very fast, and I was functioning again in about one week. I had two consultations, and then I had a medical checkup before I went into surgery.

I like the results so far. I know it will change some more within the next few months. The care for my nose was a little rough for the first couple of days because there was stuff in my nose, but after that it became really easy. I took medication twice a day, and I just cleaned out my nose with a Q-tip, so it was very easy.

The consultants were very nice. Everybody communicated very fluently. I saw the doctor twice. He was very professional. He didn't joke around, but the consultants were more playful, so that was nice. The nurses were very gentle. Nobody was beating me up, so that was nice.

I first found JK because I was looking for someone with English translators. So I went online and sent an email, and they asked for a couple of pictures so they could get an idea of what they were working with. Then we set up an interview. It was very easy, and they had lots of time frames for me to choose from.

I had two different numbers that I could always text, and they would respond very quickly, even in the middle of the night. I think I texted once with a question, and they got right back to me. I never had any problems with communicating or getting someone to talk to me when I needed them.

Yes, I will. I've actually recommended it to a couple of people already, but we'll see what happens with that. My recovery process was that, the first day, I did nothing. I just slept most of the day, but the second day I was a little more active. It didn't really hurt; the medication took care of everything. I didn't have any trouble doing anything. Daily life was pretty easy.

JK was really easy to find, which was my favorite thing because sometimes I get lost looking for different things in Korea. The doctor was nice. He was very professional. We didn't really talk a lot face-to-face without a translator, but I always had the option of talking to him when I needed to.

JK, in general, was just a good experience. I didn't have any problems with them, and they were very convenient and fast. Thank you, JK.
