[Music] The first thing I've noticed, BBO doesn't use traditional purse delay. In other words, the users cannot change the purse profile. Instead, it delivers energy in

these micro purse square waves. Second, it's motion based technique. In more than half of treatment modules, you glide the handpiece continuously, not the stamp and shoot style. It's faster, smoother,

and patient are way more comfortable. There are more things that make BBL special compared to other devices and I believe you can find out more at www.syon.com. Let's take a look at the treatment modes in BBL family.

Corrective rebuild is used to target pigment like sunspots and rosacea. I don't often perform it as a standalone procedure. It's usually combined with other BBL treatments which I'll be

discussing shortly. This patient has relatively dark skin compared to other women on her age and she appears to be fit Patrick skin type four. In this footage, I'm doing corrective

PBL on her. The target was several sunspots on her face, especially on her right cheek. Other pigmented areas were also treated. I usually perform two passes, but if I don't see any visible darkening

or response, I lower the purse duration or increase the fluence by one or two steps. BBL offers three small size adapters. 3, 7, and 11 mm in size, which makes it easier to treat around eyes. [Music]

Look at me. Give me [Music] This is a 60-year-old patient who has lower BLAP and one session of corrective BBL on her left cheek. This is a 67 year old patient

with solar linigo. She received two sessions of corrective PBL which resulted in a market reduction of age spot. This is 65year-old with facial redness. She underwent three sessions of Forever

Young BBL plus corrective BBL with rodaceia module. Forever young BBL consists of a base treatment with additional other modules customized to the individual's needs. It's similar to traditional IPL

using a stamping shoot technique. A topical anesthesia cream is usually required. It may cause my irrima and it's not recommended for darker or tanned skin. I generally perform two or three

passes followed by corrective BBL. This is a headcam view while performing forever young BBL. If the energy setting is appropriate, mild irrima appears after two to three passes.

This patient came in for tossis surgery. He also had numerous freckles. So we added a forever young BBL treatment during the surgery. As seen in the footage taken immediately afterward, the pigmented

spots appeared darker and there's slightly redness. Both are entirely normal and expected. It's now been two months since that single session and the improvement is clear. Forever young might be considered

somewhat classic among BBL options but when patient are hoping for visual results in just a few treatment it remains my first recommendation. Forever Clear BBL is a three-step protocol designed to treat

acne. Step one uses 420 blue light to eliminate acne causing bacteria. Step two employs yellow light to reduce inflammation and redness. Step three involved infrared

light which promotes healing and firms the skin. This approach addresses both active acne and residual scarring. Forever bear BB is Siton's hair removal solution. It can be performed using

either the motion or static technique. When using the motion technique, I input the treatment area and the machine provides guidance indicating when to proceed and when to stop. The static technique is more

conventional. In this case, we look for parapholicular edema as a clinical end point, a sign that the treatment has effectively reached the follicle. Here's a cat cam view during hair removal. I'm targeting one or two

hair shafts on the patient's right cheek. Even though paraphoric edema wasn't visible, the smell and visual disappearance of the hairs are also signs of proper parameters. Skin tight is a non-oblative treatment

for skin tightening and wrinkle improvement. It generally hits the dermal layer which stimulates natural collagen regeneration. I generally use between 30 to 40 kg per session for the face and

neck. While it is safe to exceed 100 kg per session, in my experience, more energy doesn't necessarily result better outcomes. It's rather like the Andrew shows law where moderate energy can be more effective than the

axis. There are three filter options available to suit different skin tones. During skin tight, staying too long in one treatment area can feel too hot for the patient. So, continuous motion is

important. I started with 800 filter on her and because she has darker skin, I switched to the 695 instead of 590. If the patient had lighter skin, I would have used the 590 first followed by 800.

Heat. Heat. [Music] I usually check the temperature by touching the patient's face with my non-dominant hand. Fair skin patients often show

visible redness during the procedure, while darker skin tones may show less obvious signs. In my experience, skin tight is less effective for wrinkle reduction compared to radio frequency

devices. However, its strength lies in improving facial flushing and mild pigment with absolutely no downtime. Although patient may not notice dramatic change on their wrinkles, after three to five sessions,

they often hear compliments like you look nice from others. BBL Hero is one of Syon's most recent innovations. Hero stands for high energy rapid output. It uses the motion technique,

requires no numbing and involved zero downtime. Essentially, it's the next generation for forever young BBL. And yes, it's safe and effective for patient with darker skin as well. I usually begin hero treatment with the

640 filter with skin type 4. [Music] As you can see, there's slightly redness after the first pass. I adjust the setting, ask the patient if it's tolerable, and continue at a quicker

pace until I reach three to four passes. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music]

Here I switched to a mediumsiz adapter and treated the forehead and temple areas. [Music] BBL. also offered a manual mode which can be quite effective for treating

under eye dark circles. In this case, I performed a transconjunctival blarroplasty followed by nanofat grafting and three sessions of BBL. The combination produced a market

improvement for dark circle. This is another example of a patient who received dark circle treatment. I used the 590 nanometer filter with an 11 mm

adapter. Only one pass is usually enough. If slight irrima or darkening appear, that's a sign the energy setting was appropriate. [Applause] [Music]

[Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Facial bruise is also useful option for

plastic surgeon. This patient underwent a subbrow lift and lower blleroplasty. A week later, he was concerned about bruises. We performed a brief facial

bruise BBL treatment and one week after the bruising had faded dramatically. This is another postsurgery patient. 7 days after surgery, he was concerned about bruising, especially around the eyes.

This photo was taken 3 days after BBL treatment for facial bruising. So what can we address with Syon BBL? From pigment to vascular legions, acne to hair removal and also the skin tightening, the possibilities
