I've always tried to share with people what I've learned while living in Korea, so today I'm going to show you what it's like to go to a dentist in Korea. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I had no problem communicating with them in English.

I've always tried to share with people what I've learned while living in Korea, maybe show people who live here how to do things, or just show people who aren't living in Korea but are interested in Korea some of the things that I have to do as a foreigner. So today I'm going to be showing you guys what it's like to go to a dentist in Korea.

As always, when picking a dentist, it's very important to find the right fit for you. So in Korea, that basically just means I need to find a dentist that can speak English. I'm going to be seeing a dentist called Uline Dental, and it's located right outside Gangnam Station Exit 1. I've been in communication with them, and it seems like they have a few members of their staff that can speak English pretty fluently. So speaking fluent English is my number one priority. I have a lot of concerns with my teeth and a lot of options I would like to explore in Korea because treatment here is a lot cheaper. So let's go take a look and let's see how it goes.

It's actually really easy to find it. Right outside Gangnam Exit 1, take a right, and then it's this building right here.

Okay.

[Music]

Right now we're gonna take pictures inside of your teeth, inside of your mouth. Is that good?

No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't think so. The nose is too small.

[Music]

So on a scale, like one to ten, how bad are my teeth? With your wife, you know? So, like the contrast...

[Music]

How was the consultation?

It was good. She spoke English really well. I understood her just fine, so I think she studied in America.

Oh, really? For her degree?

Yeah, I think so.

Is it this wire one?

Yes, this one. I don't know if I want... I can't really have a wire, I think. They don't recommend it. I mean, I'm just trying to imagine myself, like, say I got this and the teeth moved out, those two now. This came forward, like those teeth that came forward, for just a more wide, like, even smile.

Let's think about it.

Why, you want...

Yeah, absolutely no problem communicating with them in English. Exactly what I wanted, and my main concerns. I'll definitely be coming back here. They actually gave me their Instagram so I can communicate with them, which is really awesome. It makes it easier for both of us.

So maybe I'll show you some footage of me getting the treatment, but we'll see.

That was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I had no problem communicating with them. If you guys are in Korea and interested in dental work, I highly recommend Uline Dental. And if you speak English, you can add uline underscore eng for English on Instagram, and you can talk to them there, and maybe you can set up an appointment. I actually did end up making an appointment for a treatment, so maybe I'll put that up on the screen somewhere here.

And in the future, if anybody has any questions about anything in Korea, please add me on Instagram, jesse in korea.

And that's it for this video. Thank you very much.
