The biggest factor that causes it is infection and hematoma from bacterial infections

Infection: Bio reaction of the body to infection or damage to the tissue Hematoma: Blood Clot inside the body due to bleeding outside the veins causing lumping. There are certain procedures during surgery that exist To prevent capsular contracrture from occurring. Before beginning the first operation We go through some preparation process

Of course, we sanitize the area where the implant goes in Very thoroughly and precisely - double, triple checking And then there are some areas where resident flora occurs which are Around the nipple – resident flora can seep out with breast milk So we block that using Medical nipple cover

And we could be inserting implant using polluted gloves Which can lead to capsular contracture So right before inserting implant we change the gloves. There has been constant, various effort from the past as In the past there were powdered surgery gloves and Non powdered ones and at the time

Non-powdered, powder-free gloves were used Before inserting implants To avoid capsular contracture as much as possible. If these are strictly kept well, The possibility of capsular contracture can be lowered very much So if we keep all of these procedures during the surgery in order

We can lower the possibility of capsular contracture From happening after surgery And conduct a safe surgery where capsular contracture would almost never happen. So if you are worried about getting breast surgery You shoudn’t be obsessed with capsular contracture or side effect But focus more on which doctor is doing your surgery

And if the doctor keeps these procedures well, how skilled he/she is in operation As those can change the possibility from 0.5% to 30%. Q. Do levels or steps exist in capsular contracture occurrence?
