Once we finish the surgery and let it go, it will crumple When patients worry about the nasal tip falling or nose getting lower it's because the column isn't sturdy enough and crumples Sometimes the cartilage isn't sturdy, sometimes it's absorbed There are various reasons This time, let's use the implant with the same material but folded several times

It doesn't bend right away like earlier When I press it, it doesn't have any problem The key to make a pretty nose is to keep this sturdy condition But even when the column is sturdy strong force upon the nose will eventually crumble it If I put a lot of pressure upon it, it will go away
