Full facelift, aka a traditional facelift has another incision connects to behind your neck To lift the skin around the neck But Mini facelift does not include the neck line incision The main target of Mini facelift will be lower/middle face line

The biggest worry for the facelift procedures is scar (2 types of incision-Face line incision, Ear line incision) Mini facelift does not require an incision behind your neck that means less scarring The incision on temporal region can be hidden with hair So it won’t be noticeable Incision between your face and ear will heal in a few months

And it won’t be as noticeable unless you are looking at it very closely I’d say you shouldn’t be worried too much about the scars The only difference between the classic facelift and the mini facelift is, is the lifting of the neck or not You can consider getting Mini facelift, If you’re relatively young with less neck lines, lose skin on your neck
