We can't make it adhere just by cutting the front part We have to cut in the back as well For the back, I use the oscillating saw that I showed last time Now the bone is completely detached Then we push it in to the position we want You can see that the width of the face has significantly riduced

And while maintaining this condition We will fix the front and the back We fix one or two spots, three spots if needed to make it firm The final bone shape will be reduced by this relocation While the process of the surgery is important but the most important thing is to plan how and how much we're going to operate
