this and so I was like yes absolutely 100% And the part you said earlier was about now as I get older and I'm do so much more and I'm on the flights all the time you know 500,000 miles last year this is my 18th flight this year it's

all about self-care you know I can look good on the outside with my muscles but I want to feel good about me also so it's more important now that I don't think about anybody else but what I feel for myself so this procedure uh I'm

hoping to look pretty handsome or some you know comfor but even so I just want want to know that I did it for me and I just want to feel my best that's a good question let me see how to answer that

one what what muscles do I work out the hardest on the most so of course I got 24 plus inch biceps I you know and I do a lot of push-ups but I think the biggest muscle I probably have uh is going to be my heart right my heart is

what gives me the energy to keep going to treat everybody the same to be organically all the way across the board uh no matter what my status is I'll always stop I always take pictures I always show love and show support So no

matter how big my muscles are uh my heart is always going to be veggas do I come to Korea often I come to Korea as much as possible I'm here in Korea right now I've been here for the last month and I'll go back and I'll

start filming and I'll come back again after another month I come to Korea because uh Korea was actually in my relationship with my military experience was a first country I ever came to and I fell in love with it and I go back all

these years later I have the opportunity to come back with some friends of mine and I just absolutely loved it so I come I eat all the food I actually was fortunate to uh have a presence here in Korea with TV shows Netflix doing big

Brands but the most important part about it is I get to connect with the people and they show me so much so much Chum that is unbelievable so I'm here [Music] always Retro
