However, in some cases, it's not. In Asia, there are strange things that cannot be understood by Western eyes. First, a photo is required in your résumé, and they usually Photoshop it professionally. Another funny story is that in Western countries, they may ask, “Why is she getting her nose done?” Whereas in Asian countries, they ask, “Why isn’t she getting her nose done?” So this is how mandatory plastic surgery is in Asian countries.

The true goals of plastic surgery can be divided into two. One is to become more beautiful; we call this narcissistic plastic surgery. You understand, you agree with that. And then the other is to overcome complexes and survive in society, namely survival plastic surgery, survival in the Hunger Games. So narcissistic plastic surgery is competing with luxury brands, while survival plastic surgery is not.
