[Music] [Music] so first of all thank you for having us it's fantastic to be here in herlant Dent Clinic it's very impressive to see such a great and prestigious clinic and

we're very proud that you use meak products in so many departments of the clinic so meak was founded in 1951 by our grandfather Alfred gauer in Berlin this is where the company is still operating so milak is headquartered in

Berlin Germany and today we employ about 500 people in our headquarters and we develop and produce all our sterilizers and washer disinfectors here in Berlin Germany and we have a system solution which means that we have a washer

disinfector a ceiling device as well as an autoclave and the software so from A to Z the whole infection control cycle can be managed by M products I think it was very amazing to tour this Clinic because at every detail you could see

that uh it is well thought through it is very professional um we saw many sterilization rooms so there is a very very efficient level of instrument decontamination which we always appreciate very much um we had one room

where we saw many autoclaves of MAAC working together so it's they have very high flexibility they can unload one sterilizer while they load the other one um in order to really make sure to have this high volume of patients every day

and I think patient protection is very very high here at herlant Clinic because this is what they care for they care about their patients and you can see this in every corner of the clinic so we are pretty Amazed by our visit here at

harop plant because the staff has been so friendly to us uh they believe in quality products they offer the best service to the patients that you can imagine so it was wonderful to get the look around the clinic and uh thank you

for having us I think they already have a very very high standard so when you see all the autoclaves together as well as the washer disinfector and the ceiling devices this is already a very very professional setup so there's not

much to improve also the organization is state-ofthe-art how they how they have the separate areas in the sterilization room is really something we do not see very often worldwide so I think herlant Dent Clinic really sets the new standard
