Yes, I just I think the scale of collaboration between the different specialities and the fact that you can [music] treat patients that they need different specialities in one clinic is very impressive.

Just the the the scale of the operation [music] and the fact again like so many specialities that come together to treat a [music] patient is it's unseen. I haven't experienced it before.

Just the scale of the whole operation. Um, >> [music] >> it's quite impressive. As we were walking through the floors, there's no such thing in South Africa. So, the

scale of the operation is very impressive. >> Yes, I've been a firm [music] believer of of group practices. So, you're not a one-man show. You can ask your colleagues. I think the main [music]

strength comes in numbers and not only numbers of patients, but the numbers of clinicians. [music] So, I do think because they work together, that's why they can >> [music]

do it in the scale and it's a multi-disciplinary approach that they use. So, that's that's what gives them their strength. [music] >> I think there's more holistic approach, not only the specific need.

The fact that you got 50 chairs [music] is amazing. Our scale is much smaller in South Africa. We don't have anything like this, except maybe at a university level. And obviously, to have 50 [music] chairs, you have to have that many

dentists, assistants, sterilization. [music] It's incredibly impressive place this. Also the fact that the lab work is done on site, I think minimizes a lot of time, helps the patient and yeah, makes

it a lot easier. Also the [music] the type of technology that you use is very, very impressive. So so far interesting that the face scanner for me was very interesting. Um it's something I don't have access to. I'm not sure if there's

any other [music] clinics in the world that do this scale of operation. So yeah, very impressed. >> I'll be honest [music] with you from the onset of planning to be here to being in your [music] clinic, seeing how your

systems are running, going into >> [music] >> each and every one of your consulting rooms and seeing how well organized the patients are [music] scheduled. And we love seeing what is happening here from

the lab to the consulting rooms to the operational rooms, the surgery [music] parts that you do, the prosthetic parts that you do, and your central sterilizing, how well thorough and systematic it is. It's very, very

organized. We we love that. Yeah. I taking in and saying, "That's what we want to do." >> What would I assume to be, [music] you know, the factor that sets our dental practices apart from here? And uh as a

prelude to my answer, [music] but I think it's the synergy, if you want to call it, that creates the harmony between everyone that works here. Even though it was [music] so busy, there's 50 chairs

in this practice. Everyone seems to have a role that they fulfill and they work [music] so much in accordance to what they have to do that coincides with the next person. Everyone just worked around one another, somewhat [music] like a

beehive. We use the word ubuntu, which means togetherness and uh family. >> [music] >> And that's exactly what I've seen here today. It's precisely that. Everyone is so in harmony with everyone else. It's a

combination of values [music] and a value system that allows the patients to feel >> [music] >> like they are the center of why they are here. And

you can see that [music] the patients, even them doing down in the coffee shop, they're okay. No one's screaming, no one's crying. Everyone's [music] having a great experience, including us. So, thank you very much.
