Firstly, you could consider people with thick skin or muscle on their eyelids. Secondly, those with a lot of fat. Thirdly, those with a short distance between the eyes and eyebrows. Fourthly, cases where the eyes are prominent and appear to have thick eyelids. Firstly, when we say cases where the skin of the eyelids is thick, we mean "Type 1: Thick appearance of the eyelids due to thick skin on the eyelids."

This refers to cases where the skin is thick in the lower third area between the eyebrow and the eye - "Cases where the skin is thick in about one-third of the area between the eyebrows and the eyes." Secondly, cases where there is a lot of fat are categorized as "Type 2: Thick appearance of the eyelids due to a lot of fat."

You know the middle part between the eyebrow and the eye, right? We're talking about cases where there is a lot of fat in this area. Thirdly, we can mention cases where the distance between the eyes and eyebrows is close - "Type 3: Thick appearance of the eyelids due to the close proximity between the eyes and eyebrows."

Q. Is there a way to distinguish between cases of thick skin and those with a lot of fat?

Typically, if you feel the lower third of the skin between the eyes and eyebrows, which is said to be the thinnest part of the eyelid, and it feels thick, then it can be a case of thick skin or muscle. "If the skin near the eyelashes is thick, it's likely due to thick skin or muscles!" Typically, in the cases where I mentioned there's a lot of fat, the fat does not go down all the way.

"Area with a lot of fat" In these cases, if you feel the middle part, you might notice a bulging appearance. "If it appears bulging!" In such cases, it's likely that there's more fat than skin.
