Good morning. I'm Carlos. I'm 41 years old. I'm from Puerto Rico. Currently, I live in Korea. I've been in Korea for almost 5 years and I'm here trying to look younger. Deep plane facelift as well, deep neck

uh face and neck lift, liposuction on [music] my chin, and they're going to work on the platysma muscle of my neck, forehead, and the scopic lift as well, mole lift on the [music] forehead, and some fat grafting under the eyes. Yeah,

the most concerning part of my face right now is just I would say the double chin, that's number one, then the smile, the marionette lines, as well the glabella area right here, the 11 lines. Along that, the hollowness of my eyes

and what they call Indian band. I've been looking and reading and I've seen a lot of, you know, promotion, a lot of people talking about getting facelift [music] around the age of 40 instead wait to 60. So, if I'm healthy now, I'm

in an economic position where I can afford it, I'm healthy, I don't want to wait until I'm 60 to look 40 again. So, I'm just doing it because I want to just look better. I have some skin treatment before and

I'm continuing to work in trying to get better skin texture, but I have not done anything [music] as lifting before previously to this. My main concern, I think as a male, it would [music] be the scar. As a male, we always wear short

hair and the scarred portion or it is my main concern on how it would look like, but I I feel confident under Dr. Ha. My family and friends, some of them, they all support me on everything that I always want to do. So, I select VIP

CHAIR as my clinic. I've been in Korea for almost 5 years. I have done a lot of research. I've been through maybe over 10, 12 clinics. Dr. Ha he the only doctor that actually had a hands-on assessment. He was the one that actually

got into I even brought a checklist with a lot of questions I had, maybe over 20, and he went [music] one by one. He looked at my face. He actually physically inspect all the areas where it was all my concern. He told me what

it would be the possible outcome. And on top of that, his education he went to one of the top university in Korea, which is Yonsei University, and as well he's a board uh plastic surgeon certified. So, all those

[music] >> uh qualifications I think it made me choose this clinic and Dr. Ha. I'm looking it would be my neck and jaw area and my chin chin jaw area, neck. Think it down will give you the most of

the lift. And as well some improvement on like a face, maybe smile lines and the Indian band and the clavicle area, but I would say the main portion would be more in the neck area.

as well my smile lines, >> [music] >> and what they call the Indian Indian lines? Yeah. Maybe some hollowness under my eye, I think.

And then main concern is the glabella area where I got all these wrinkles. Yeah. But yeah, that's pretty much trying to look 10 years younger. Okay, I'll check your face. You want to solve your wrinkles here,

and there [music] are some saggings on your upper eyelid. Is that your concern, too? Yes. Okay. And if you want to remove your sagging only, I think sub-brow lift sub-brow lift to remove your skins [music]

under your brow will be better for your result. And if you like your current shape of your brow, I think just remove your brow brow muscle only will be the best. I will not lift your forehead. Okay. And

keep your brow straight. Perfect. And about your lower eyelid, there are some hollowness under your eye here. >> Mhm. And you got some darkness. If you have some fat bulging, I won't recommend the

lower blepharoplasty, but but then you do not have fat bulging, so I recommend nano fat graft. It is called nano fat transfer to your lower eyelid to lighten your under

eyelid area will be better choice. But with one time it will be better, but if you like it and want to make more lighter, maybe two or three times will be better. Okay. Some skin laxity will be removed through your face lift

incision. And most concerned part is I think is your double chin to your chin neck. There are so many fat tissues under that. That is most dramatic part of your surgery, I guess. And how about your

chin shape? Yeah, if I can just pinch a little bit. I don't like this like extra fat that I got on the sides. I can [music] shape this fat tissues. Mhm. Mhm. And I can make your chin more

narrower. Just a little bit slightly. Not that much. I just like kind of like something like that. Mhm. I'll shape this part and make your chin more narrower and make your jawline more defined. How about your double chin?

It is called submental plasty. And I'll make some 3 cm long incision under your chin. I'll liposuction some of your superficial fat and remove your deep fat and tighten your neck muscles. And then you will get [music] very

defined neck and jawline. I'll make some drawings on your face. I'll make some over correct 10 to 20% 3 months is after your surgery. The 20% over correction will be gone and the 100% will remain.

So, right after surgery 120% of correct corrections will be remain and you see an over I over corrected. You mean >> That's what That's what I planned. So,
