To correct an upturned nose with a short nasal length and an upturned tip,

this patient had previously received nose filler,

From the side, the nose length was relatively short compared to the overall facial proportions,

and as the nasal tip was upturned, the columella extended straight upward

toward the sky like a line.

The desired nose shape and line were not too curved,

Using dermis and autologous rib cartilage,

the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and columella were all corrected.

Two weeks after nose surgery, some swelling still remained,

but by improving the starting point of the nasal bridge, the line of the nasal tip, and the height,
