Today, I’d like to talk about something a little special.

It’s a story about Blanche’s

production process.

"How is Blanche

different from other laminates?"

Sometimes we get asked whether it’s just like laminate that differs only in name and is mass-produced in a factory.

To start with the conclusion,

Blanche requires

an overwhelming level of technical skill

that cannot even be imitated

through factory-style production.

From the process of carefully selecting ceramics

to the detailed prosthetic work stage made exclusively for one person,

there is no step that does not pass through an artisan’s hands.

Because of this, the number that can be produced in a day

is also limited to a very small quantity.

Even though there are many inexpensive, nameless pieces of furniture on the market,

people still buy furniture from traditional, well-known luxury brands.

Why is that?

Because there is trust in the quality,

and they provide a completely different level of after-sales service.

The details that are not visible at first glance, the product’s lifespan, durability, and quality guarantee.

Rather than frequently replacing cheap products,

people think it is better to use a proper product for a long time.

The same applies to laminates.

If conventional laminates used ceramics that had to be a certain thickness to avoid breaking,

Blanche uses ceramics that retain the durability of natural teeth

even when processed to a very thin 0.1–0.3 mm.

no-prep laminates that do not remove natural tooth structure are possible.

and ultimately selected this material.

it is also a material that is very difficult to process.

A ceramic specialist with more than 10 years of clinical experience

carefully processes each one by hand.

at the process by which Feldspar ceramic

becomes Blanche.

The first step is the process of

primary ceramic processing through a machine.

If you think of it as a drawing,

it’s like the sketching stage.

Based on the design that the artisan has already created stitch by stitch,

a precision milling machine

first creates the tooth model.

The second step is

the artisan’s manual secondary processing.

At Blanche, we use one of the milling machines with a very high level of precision,

but for a thinner, more translucent, and more natural design,

the ceramic specialist processes it once more by hand.

This process is the core of Blanche.

Because it is done by hand, there are times when we cannot make more even if we want to,

simply because there is not enough time.

At a thickness of 0.1–0.3 mm,

even the smallest mistake cannot be tolerated,

a perfect result can only be achieved

when perfection is pursued to the fullest.

So far, we’ve shown you the entire

production process of Blanche.

The warranty period for Blanche,

made with this much care,

is up to 10 years.

That would be impossible

if we were not confident in the quality.
