Hello.
We are Blanche Dental Clinic, where your smile becomes a work of art.
We learn the importance of brushing our teeth from a young age, but many people do not really know where or how to brush.
There is a separate way to protect not only the whiteness of your teeth, but also your gum health.
Try changing your brushing habits through the proper brushing method directly shared by a dentist from Seoul National University.

Many patients ask,
"I brush diligently, so why do tartar keep forming?"
The key to brushing is not only removing food particles from the tooth surface,
but also physically scraping away the invisible bacterial film called dental plaque.

Blanche toothpaste is a toothpaste that was fundamentally redesigned for dental health based on the dental expertise and research of Gangnam Blanche Dental Clinic and a research team from Seoul National University.

The real key to preventing gum disease is the physical process of the bristles directly sweeping between the gums.

The "periodontal pocket" is the best place for bacteria to live.
If it is not cleaned in time, it becomes tartar and damages the gums.
When brushing, you should not just clean the surfaces of your teeth; instead, approach it with the feeling that you are gently inserting the bristles into these gaps.
The method most often recommended by dentists is the Bass method.

Tilt the brush 45 degrees toward the gums,
so that the tip of the bristles enters the periodontal pocket, then apply small side-to-side vibrations.
This helps shake out the bacteria trapped in the gaps.
After that, gently sweep downward from the top to the bottom (or upward from the bottom to the top)
and finish.

If you still have bad breath after brushing, check the blind spots that the toothbrush cannot reach
(the ends of the molars and the inner side of the lower teeth near the salivary glands).

If your gums bleed, many people avoid brushing that area because they are afraid it will hurt.
However, bleeding is evidence that inflammation is present,
and the bacteria causing it must be cleaned away for the inflammation to subside.
Healthy gums do not bleed easily when stimulated, so if bleeding happens repeatedly, you should visit a dentist
and have your gum condition checked.

Blanche Dental Clinic is not just a place that treats you and calls it a day.
Because each patient has a different oral structure and different vulnerable areas,
we provide detailed guidance on the brushing method and how to use oral care aids (interdental brushes, floss, etc.)
that suit each person.
