These days, many people are looking for an InMode clinic in Hongdae.

Today, I’ll introduce the differences between InMode FX and InMode Forma, the treatment effects, precautions,

and InMode pricing.

The difference between the two treatments is as follows.

Am I suited for InMode? What kind of person responds well to InMode?

InMode FX is suitable for people who have relatively a lot of facial fat,

So there are also types of patients for whom I would not particularly recommend InMode.

First,

1. people who have little facial fat, or

2. people whose jaw muscles are overly developed,

making the face look large, or

3. similarly, people whose parotid glands (from below the ears to the jawline)

are excessively developed and mistaken for fat,

4. people with severe facial redness and who normally

worry a lot about redness

I would not particularly recommend InMode to these people.

All procedures should be weighed in terms of benefits and drawbacks,

and in the cases above, the drawbacks are actually greater!

How painful is it? Procedure pain, procedure time

These days, InMode can be received with the treatment areas divided in more detail,

which is one of its features.

If you receive it on the full face,

both InMode FX and Forma take about 10 to 15 minutes.

InMode Forma causes almost no pain.

Until the end of the procedure, it feels only slightly warm, so patients can receive it without 부담.

On the other hand, with InMode FX, from the middle of the procedure onward,

heat is gradually felt,

and by the end, quite a few patients say that it feels hot and painful.

Why does InMode feel hot?

The working principle of InMode is as follows.

First, it applies heat of about 42°C to 43°C to the skin,

and broadly speaking, it is a treatment that raises the temperature of the deep skin layer

to break down and eliminate unnecessary fat.

Unfortunately,

it is true that most patients

experience pain during InMode FX treatment.

In particular, there is pain that feels close to heat.

However, because the procedure itself is not long,

and its results are good,

it is a popular treatment that many people seek out.

Precautions during treatment, side effects

Through high-frequency thermal energy, high-voltage electrical stimulation is generated,

and the stimulation is delivered to the subcutaneous fat layer.

Then,

unnecessary fat cells are reduced,

and collagen and elastin production in the dermal layer is promoted,

so in addition to refining the facial line,

it also improves skin elasticity, fine wrinkles,

and skin texture.

Effects begin to appear over 1 to 2 weeks after the procedure,

and usually performing the treatment about 3 times at 4-week intervals

is the most effective.

Since InMode Forma also induces collagen production,

it is excellent for dull skin, enlarged pores,

fine lines, and wrinkles.

Because both InMode Forma and FX are treatments that apply high-frequency thermal energy,

a reddening of the face can occur.

Retention period

A single InMode FX treatment generally maintains its effect for 3 to 6 months,

and Forma shows a similar retention period.

To maximize results, it is good to receive it more than 3 times at one-month intervals.

Depending on whether the issue is skin elasticity or having too much facial fat,

choosing one of the two modes and adding 1 or 2 more sessions

is also a wise approach. ^^

InMode benefits

A major benefit is that the effects appear quickly.

You can feel the results within a week,

and among laser procedures that reduce facial fat, it is the most affordable in terms of price accessibility.

Before getting the procedure, patients should consider

first of all,

downtime,

especially bruising, which is the most representative concern.

So if it is your first treatment or you have an important schedule,

you should get it done at least a week before that schedule to be safe.

(InMode bruising varies somewhat from person to person)

Another tip I’d like to share is

When InMode is performed together with Shurink, the effect of refining the facial line is maximized.

Then, of course, the face size

will have decreased.

That is why many people try the InMode + Shurink combination,

feel the immediate effect,

and then go ahead and book the second and third sessions right away.

What else is different between InMode FX and InMode Forma?

If we talk about the difference between the FX and Forma modes of InMode,

FX is the one that reduces size.

In other words, it reduces volume,

while InMode Forma is more like ironing the skin, if I may put it that way.

Receiving both modes together is also a very good choice.

In the past, one of my patients

was thin overall but gained fat only in the face.

That patient was stressed because, compared with their slim upper body,

their face looked large due to facial fat,

but

after the first InMode treatment,

they were surprised to see that the face shape became smoother

and the face looked smaller.

(They even came to book an additional InMode treatment nthe very next day... haha)
