Head Doctor’s Daily Life) The Day We Filmed Lovae Clinic’s Promotional Video✨

Hello.

A place where your natural beauty awakens,

This is Lovae Clinic, a dermatology clinic in Hongdae. :)

It’s been a while since I posted in the head doctor’s daily life section. ^^

Actually, we filmed our in-house promotional video around December,

but after spending two very hectic months

seeing patients for procedures,

meeting with vendors,

I’m only uploading it now.

Everyone on the filming team that day

was very professional

and also full of compliments.

Thanks to them, even I, who gets very nervous in front of cameras,

was able to finish filming well..

Once again, I’d like to express my thanks here. ☺️

Our clinic concept is

'demure', 'cozy',

'luxurious', 'for me only'

that kind of feeling,

so they led the filming site in a way that matched that concept.

But..how do other head doctors

all speak so well,

and not get nervous at all, and do so well...

I was so nervous that day.. 😂

In my mind,

all I could think was,

'I’m really most comfortable

when I’m treating patients,

and that’s when I feel most like myself.'

So I somehow got through the filming.

After filming, I was full of the thought

that I wanted to go back to doing procedures quickly. 😇

I learned that day that

when filming, the camera matters, but

lighting is everything?!

Because of the lights, even on this cold winter day,

it felt surprisingly warm.

When we turned on the lights and looked at the screen,

everything came out so bright and beautiful.. 😄

I do a lot of procedures on my own face,

so thanks to that, my skin has improved tremendously over the past few years,

and patients often ask me,

"What procedure do I need to get to have skin like yours?"

Even so,

if you want your skin to look even~ better

and brighter, lighting is essential!

Sometimes influencers or actors come to our clinic,

and once I asked them, they also emphasized

the importance of lighting. haha

The weather helped us that day too.

Sunlight streamed beautifully into the clinic,

and it was so pretty that it made me happy too.

I wrote the script in advance.

There was a script provided by the production company,

but I thought it would be more meaningful

to write down, sincerely,

what I personally wanted to say to my patients,

so after writing my own draft in advance,

I also had people around me edit it (?) for me.

Once again, I really respect the head doctors who

write well and also do such a great job filming!

That day, I asked the filming team

to make sure our genuine product verification section

was also captured on camera. :)

Sometimes, I’ve seen patients who seem hesitant,

as if they want to ask whether the product is genuine

but feel a little awkward bringing it up.

So I thought it would be good to include that directly

in our clinic promotional video.

Ah! Before procedures, even if you don’t ask,

we show you the genuine product in advance

and also show you the syringe, so

if you’re curious, please feel free to ask without any 부담.

I’m also an MBTI I, so

when I ask questions in unfamiliar places,

I can feel self-conscious haha

I really relate, so please feel free

to ask lots of questions before your procedure!

(I really love explaining things...☺️)

It’s not in the photos, but we also have an Ulthera

verification panel :-)

Ulthera can also be done comfortably

in a private VIP room,

so if you want to get Ulthera,

you know you should come to Lovae Clinic, right?!

with the equipment.

While running a clinic,

I thought that if I treated patients sincerely,

treated them safely,

trained the staff well,

and treated everyone kindly,

that would be enough...

but once I actually started running it, marketing turned out to be a huge mountain to climb.

Still, I’m so grateful that there are experts

in each field.

We were only three months after opening the clinic,

and I was sleeping only four hours a day,

actually barely able to eat proper meals,

so there were times I got worn out.

But looking back,

patients who first received treatment and were so satisfied that they spread the word,

longtime patients from Bundang who came to see me specifically,

patients who were so satisfied after treatment that they brought both of their parents for lifting procedures,

people who came through a friend’s recommendation and then introduced another acquaintance who also came...

There were really so many things to be thankful for over those three months.

I’m also growing little by little as the head doctor,

and our clinic is growing thanks to all of you as well.

I would be grateful if you continue to watch us grow.
