This time, I would like to introduce a case involving a patient who initially visited us for a laminate consultation and subsequently proceeded with implant treatment as well. ^^

When the patient first visited, her goal was to receive laminates for her front teeth. However, during the examination, we also found a missing molar and areas where tooth decay had progressed.ㅠㅠ

Although she had initially come in only for laminates, an additional treatment plan was needed. After discussing the options, we set priorities and decided to proceed with the treatments together.

We never proceed with treatment without proper discussion!!

I discuss the treatment with my patients first and then proceed, so please don't worry~ haha

The implant placement site, depth, and direction are the aspects I pay the closest attention to, as they affect the outcome.

In this case, the implant was placed exactly as planned in terms of its location, depth, and direction.

In the photograph taken after placement, you can see that the implant is positioned naturally in line with the adjacent teeth.

The implant will then undergo approximately two months of osseointegration. Once it is confirmed that the bone and implant have bonded securely, we will proceed to the final stage of placing the prosthesis on top. haha

Even when patients visit us for cosmetic concerns, such as laminates, it is fairly common for examinations to reveal other areas requiring treatment.
