Today, I would like to introduce an emergency wisdom tooth extraction case involving a foreign patient from Vietnam.

The patient suddenly developed

extreme pain around the lower left molar

and visited us for emergency treatment.ㅠㅠ

The panoramic X-ray showed that

the lower-left wisdom tooth was completely impacted,

and what was even more unusual was that

the roots were severely curved...ㅠㅠ

In cases like this, the more complex the root shape,

the higher the difficulty of the extraction becomes.

If approached incorrectly, the roots may fracture and remain in place,

or the surrounding tissues may be damaged,

so the treatment plan for the Gangnam Station wisdom tooth extraction

After determining the approach direction for the wisdom tooth,

we chose to section it into four parts

rather than attempting to remove it whole.
