As we begin~~
The contours of our face are largely based on the facial bones and are comprehensively determined by the soft tissues surrounding the facial bones (muscles, fat, and skin).
When people generally talk about facial contour surgery, they think of reshaping the facial bones to create changes in the shape of the face.
Of course, in my case as well, after becoming accustomed to surgeries that reshape facial bones for nearly 20 years, I had fallen into the habit of thinking that changing the appearance of the bones should be the top priority for improving facial contours.
However, over many years of performing contour surgeries, I came to think that there may be a significant difference between the results I expect and the level of satisfaction or happiness felt by the people undergoing surgery.
Starting from this reflection, I realized that a more systematic approach or proposal was needed for methods of improving facial contours.
First, I considered how my own face shape is determined from a radiological perspective.

The two images above are 3D reconstructed images (3D-CT) of my facial bones from a CT scan.

This is an image of the contour line that appears on my actual skin, combining the conditions of the soft tissue from the 3D CT scan image.
As you can see from the 3D CT images above, there is a significant difference between the shape of my facial bones and the final face shape that is actually visible.
Taking this into account, in some cases, procedures or treatments that change the conditions of the soft tissue may have a greater effect on facial contour changes than surgery that changes the bone structure.
Therefore, I have systematized the following step-by-step approach.

Classification of Liquid Facial Contour, Light Facial Contour, and Solid Facial Contour
In future sections, I will gradually post more specific details about each contour improvement method.
The choice among Liquid Facial Contour, Light Facial Contour, and Solid Facial Contour
-
One's own facial conditions
-
The degree of the expected result
-
The amount of time available in daily life that can be allowed
I think it is most appropriate to decide while considering these factors.
