Accordingly, during such times, I began thinking about postoperative swelling progression while listening to and explaining patients' anxiety and impatience.

While performing facial contouring surgery for people who had been considering improvement of their facial contour, I did my best. However, in cases where there was no more bone that could be reduced and yet the postoperative appearance was still not sufficiently satisfactory, I felt the limits imposed by the soft tissue conditions (such as muscle or fat), and I tried every possible method to reduce the soft tissue.

In that process, I also tried various types of contour injections with different formulas - PPC, Aminophylline, .... - but my conclusion was that there was only severe swelling after the procedure, with little real effect.
