When the skin is thick, we reduce the nasal tip through a double-dissection method that removes the soft tissue, fat, and SMAS layer of the nasal tip.

Finally, when the alae are wide, we improve them by removing the skin inside the nostrils on the inner side of the nasal wings to reduce the width.

This is a method that brings the base of the nose together and creates an overall triangular structure for the nasal tip.
