① Tip surgery using alar cartilage

By sufficiently loosening and then fixing the alar cartilage of the nasal tip,

an effect of lengthening the nasal tip can be expected.

② Tip surgery using autologous cartilage

By sufficiently loosening the alar cartilage of the nasal tip

and using autologous cartilage for fixation, recurrence of a shortened nasal tip is prevented.
