Hello,
This is Earlyff, the Petit Center at April 31.
Today, we’ll take a look at Oligio’s effects,
procedures that work well with Oligio,
and when it may be a good time to have them.
What Is Oligio?

Oligio is a medical device
that has received manufacturing approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
It uses strong yet gentle
6.78MHz radiofrequency energy,
and the heat generated by applying radiofrequency to the skin
contracts aged collagen
and stimulates the creation of new collagen.

The effects of Oligio include:
First, collagen production
Second, improved elasticity in fine wrinkles
Third, improvement of a double chin
Fourth, a lifting effect
Fifth, improvement of pores and skin texture.
Procedures That Work Well with Oligio
There are various procedures besides Oligio.
If a procedure is performed without a proper understanding of how it works,
the results may be less effective.
So even when combined procedures are performed,
it is very important to know which procedure should be done first
and how long of an interval should be left between them.
We’ll take a detailed look at procedures that can create greater synergy
when done together with Oligio,
helping maximize Oligio’s effects,
as well as the timing for each procedure.
- Oligio + Shurink/Ulthera
Since Oligio does not penetrate deeply into the skin,
its effect may be reduced when performed on its own.
So if the main goal is lifting,
rather than doing Oligio alone,
we recommend combining it with procedures such as Shurink or Ulthera.

Depending on skin thickness and skin condition,
it is best to consult a specialist and decide whether Oligio alone is sufficient,
whether it is better to combine Oligio with another procedure,
or whether an ultrasound laser procedure would be better because the skin is too thick.
- Oligio + Thread Lifting

We recommend thread lifting for areas that need more improvement after Oligio.
If thread lifting is performed after Oligio,
the number of threads can be reduced,
and a more natural lift is possible with less pulling.
However, if thread lifting is done first,
we recommend Oligio 1 to 2 weeks after the thread lifting procedure.
Sometimes people worry that if they get Oligio after thread lifting,
the threads might dissolve.
But the melting point of the threads used for thread lifting is 110°C,
while Oligio’s temperature is 40–60°C,
so it does not affect them.
- Oligio + Botox/Filler
Because the main ingredient in Botox is protein,
applying heat after the procedure may reduce its effect,
so we recommend Oligio 3 to 4 weeks after Botox.

The same applies to fillers,
and we recommend Oligio 3 to 4 weeks after filler treatment.
Some people worry that if they get Oligio after filler,
the filler might melt.
Oligio’s radiofrequency energy
reaches the dermis,
and fillers are placed deeper,
such as in the subcutaneous fat layer below the dermis or even deeper under the muscle in the SMAS layer,
so they do not melt due to Oligio.

If there is a lack of understanding of the procedure equipment,
or if there is insufficient experience and expertise,
improper treatment may lead to unsatisfactory results,
so a specialist’s understanding of the procedure and experience are important.
