through academic activities,

and advance their surgical techniques,

stand for 25 long years.

Our directors at April 31 Plastic Surgery

are serving as presidents of the Rhinoplasty Study Group of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

It seems rare for two doctors at one hospital to both serve as presidents of the Rhinoplasty Study Group of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

At April 31 Plastic Surgery,

Director Kim Jae-hoon,

the representative director,

served as president of the Rhinoplasty Study Group in 2012,

and the next presidency

was taken on by Director Park Seong-wan in 2022,

maintaining that reputation and continuing active domestic and international activities.

This 2024 RSA

( Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia,

Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Mongolia, Singapore )

was founded in 2019 by rhinoplasty specialists from a total of 11 Asian countries,

the Asia Rhinoplasty Society RSA

(Rhinoplasty Society of Asia).

The second symposium in 2024

was held in Beijing, China

from September 20 to 22.

attended as Korea’s representative

in the capacity of president of the Rhinoplasty Study Group of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

RSA 2024 Beijing Symposium

Due to the COVID-19 situation,

RSA had only been held online until now.

Starting with this Beijing symposium,

it officially marked the beginning of in-person academic activities

and concluded successfully.

The third RSA will be held in Tokyo in 2025.

April 31 Plastic Surgery does not settle.

It continues with constant effort.
