Q. I’m concerned about dark circles and fine wrinkles around the eyes. What should I do?

A. For surgery, #fatgrafting and for procedures, #dermalfiller are recommended to cover the color of the muscle called the orbicularis oculi muscle.

Dark circles are a phenomenon in which the color of the #orbicularis oculi muscle shows through as it is, which is somewhat difficult to improve with surgery.

Sunken under-eye grooves also often lead people to consider #undereyefatreposition,

but this method places fat below the muscle, so it is difficult for #darkcircles to be fully improved.

In such cases, fat is finely broken down into a very smooth state and applied thinly between the skin and the muscle.

This is why fat grafting is recommended.
