Incision, as the name suggests, is a procedure that creates the crease by making an incision in the eyelid skin.

Q. As aging sets in and the skin sags, I don’t like the double eyelid line. Should I have eye revision surgery? Or should I have a forehead lift?

A. Based on the counseling patient’s case, it seems that proceeding with a forehead lift rather than double eyelid revision surgery would produce a more satisfying result.

The patient had previously undergone #doubleeyelidsurgery using the incision method.

Compared with the buried suture method, the incision method tends to have slower recovery from swelling and bruising, so the awkward period may have been longer.

At present, the eyebrow and forehead tissue have slid downward and are covering the double eyelid crease, so the strong impression now appears softer.

In a situation like this, if the double eyelid crease is raised higher than before, the tissue around the crease is likely to appear denser, and it may end up looking like what is commonly called "sausage eyes."

In other words, it could give a more intense-looking impression.
