• The 4/31 Coordinator’s Private Life Edition -

This is absolutely not about any particular person.

The second main character of 431 Private Life is none other than the coordinator staff, who could also be called the face of April 31 Plastic Surgery!

Every patient visiting April 31 has to pass through the reception center on the first floor.

The people you can meet there are today’s main characters 🥰

(I dropped by the scene while they were hard at work that day ^.^)

They may look like they’re avoiding me, but that’s just my imagination.

The 431 coordinator team handles a wide range of tasks, including reception, assisting patients, and appointment management for every visitor 👍🏻

They’re also the first faces patients see when they visit April 31!

Maybe that’s why they’re all so beautiful~ (✿◡‿◡)

(The person who can appropriately mix proper words with not-so-proper ones = the writer ^^)

It looks like an elaborate setup, but this is actually the coordinator team leader handling a phone call!

How many calls must she have taken to use the skill of holding the phone with her shoulder so effortlessly while making an appointment 😎 (Pfft)

As expected, you have to be a team leader for this level of skill to be totally possible.

Not to be outdone, the newest member of our coordinator team is also working hard, hard~

#April31Coordinator staff also handle obtaining consent forms when patients come in on the day of surgery!

They’re giving friendly and kind explanations, right..!!(?)

(I.. I’ve never heard one myself, so.. hehe;)

Of course, I have no doubt that they do 😏

Ah, honestly, this was a little too obvious. (I admit it.)

When surgical patients fill out their consent forms, their blood pressure is also checked ^^

Since we couldn’t go in together at that time, we’re showing you the situation through a reenactment, ho ho.

Anyway, for the sake of healthy beauty, it would be nice if you looked at this with a focus on how all the #April31 staff are working so hard at their jobs~~^^

I also took a quick seat to experience what it felt like.

My impression of sitting in the same spot was.. well.. nothing particularly special.. (muffled)

But before I even had time to enjoy that feeling, a patient appeared right away -🤗

The coordinators may be a little~ tired, but when the 4/31 reception center is bustling, it’s also proof that April 31 Plastic Surgery is running smoothly.

So I sincerely/always/forever hope that you stay even busier ( $ _ $ )🤑

#431Coordinator staff actually handle many behind-the-scenes tasks besides assisting patients 🤭

One of them is organizing supplies like these and keeping the first-floor reception center clean ✨

Note_to_self_the_newest_member_cleans_the_coffee_machine_again_today

The coffee on the first floor is enjoyed not only by visitors, but also quite often by the 4/31 staff (= the writer).

So they’ve been keeping it clean like this on a regular basis 😆 (I genuinely had no idea.)

I’d like to take this opportunity to offer my small thanks as well.

They’re always moving around and working hard, so why have they gained weight~~

Another important task has appeared.

It’s guiding surgical patients to the operating room!

#April31PlasticSurgery is in a building that extends six floors above ground and three floors below ground, so the reception center, operating rooms, consultation rooms, and treatment rooms are all located on different floors 👍🏻

That’s why, on the day of surgery, the coordinators safely guide patients to the operating room ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

She’s secretly the most camera-conscious one..;; (unexpected hehe)

So I barely managed to get a real candid shot. Success.

Wow. There are still so many 431 coordinator duties I could show you, but if I wrote about them all, this would go on forever, so I’ll wrap it up here.

Ah, what a shame~~ (T_T)σ

(I’m absolutely not rushing to finish because I’m tired, hehe.)

Oh, but there’s one thing that’s genuinely disappointing!!

There are actually three coordinators on our team, you know?

Unfortunately, every time I went looking for them, one staff member happened to be off ㅠㅠ so she couldn’t make an appearance. OMG 〒▽〒

How disappointing it must be for you all!!!

Hahaha

So, one day, I ambushed her on her way home from work. ^^

We even got a special appearance from the diligent girl👍🏻 diligent woman👍🏻👍🏻 who could be called the very best at April 31.
