Summer, summer~ What comes to mind when you hear “Summer”?

I’ll go first! For me, it’s Kikujiro—the film directed by Takeshi Kitano! And its OST, Joe Hisaishi’s “Summer”!

August... August is already over..

How did this happen.. (???)

I remember really disliking this time of year

when I was a student 😶

Even if I didn’t have anything particular to do during vacation,

I loved that aimless routine of sleeping in,

eating, sleeping, and so on.

As September approached, I became increasingly gloomy—

a student who hated the start of school~ hated going to school~ 😞

(I have since evolved into a person who hates going to work~)

Now, I don’t even have anything that could really be called a vacation,

so today, tomorrow, and the day after

are all just the same day after day. (Solemn)

Anyway, August was so hot

that I was glued to the office,

so I don’t really have anything to write about in the diary..

But if I don’t write anything, I know the fans of my (..?)—no, I mean

of the 431 diary—

will be waiting impatiently,

so I’ll try to write something somehow :)

Ta-da, guess where this is~~?

The answer is------ a seeecret. (What?)

This place could be considered 4/31’s petite warehouse,

and various products are stored here!

By chance, I ran into the representatives of diligence

from each floor here!

(Does that include me too? ^^)

4/31 sheet masks~~ We like them~~ A little subtle product placement~~

I captured them hard at work again that day,

handling tasks related to sheet masks 👍🏻

Although patients may not see them working directly,

there are 431 employees taking care of their respective duties

like this in all sorts of places throughout 4월31일성형외과~~

(Forced heartwarming moment, yay)

Even our goodbyes are friendly - 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

Since everyone is based on a different floor, haha,

after finishing their work quickly,

these diligent ones return to their respective positions

faster than anyone else~~

Oh, we finally have a surprise visit to the treatment room!

Well, treatment and operating rooms are where

patient care takes place most closely,

so it was a little difficult to go there

to collect everyday material (???)~ ^^;

Luckily, I happened to be passing nearby (?)

and managed to take this one photo. Phew.

The problem is, I couldn’t ask what they were doing

and ended up taking a picture of some random cotton balls..;

As a writer who knows very little about this field,

my cautious guess is that they may be used

to clean the treatment area during treatment..

With that tentative prediction,

let’s hurriedly move on to the next page :-D

I can’t explain the details,

but all sorts of things happen when you’re working, right..?

That was one of those days.. 🙏🏻

The hardworking little potatoes (sorry)..

No, while I was drawing the mosaics,

somehow the result started to look like potatoes, haha.

Anyway, workers at any company

come across a truly~~ wide variety of tasks

besides the work that is immediately visible, right?

The coordinators on the first floor

also have behind-the-scenes duties besides assisting visitors,

and I made a surprise visit while they were handling one of them!

Don’t we have employee kits? Please make one.

(As always, the subject is omitted.. a lonely cry that will never be heard..)

They were making fat grafting kits to be provided

right away to patients undergoing fat grafting surgery~! (Wow)

I found this out for the first time that day too,

but after fat grafting,

extra patches that can be applied to the treated areas

where fat was extracted and where it was grafted

are packed together for patients 👀

They put them in a fairly small pouch,

and apparently it’s usually enough that patients

can’t use it all and have some left over? Kyoo?

Wishing all 431 patients

a speedy recovery and quick fat retention~~ 🤗

I absolutely did not include this welcome message because I had nothing else to write about.

(As the saying goes, a strong denial is a strong affirmation.)
