First, we should look at the causes of this triple-eyelid, that is, double eyelid layering.

There can be various causes,

but the first is when the double eyelid line has loosened.

Whether you naturally have double eyelids,

or you created them surgically,

if the line is not strongly fixed,

there are times when the line loosens.

When the existing line loosens like this, the surrounding wrinkles are ambiguously folded together,

and layered double eyelids often form.

The second cause is a lack of fat and soft tissue above the eyes. When there is not enough fat above the eyes,

the skin tissue stretches by that amount and often creates multiple folds.

The third is when adhesions occur due to surgery. Adhesion is a representative side effect that can occur from improper double eyelid surgery.

First is the case where the double eyelid line has loosened.

Since the cause is that the double eyelid fixation has come undone or become loose, in this case the double eyelid is fixed securely again.

Because the eyelid skin is thin,

if fat is inserted carelessly, it can look raised or feel less than ideal,

so the amount injected at one time must be limited.

Lastly, there are cases where adhesions occur due to double eyelid surgery—in other words, after a surgery that lowers the double eyelid line,

adhesions develop at the height where the original double eyelid line used to be, and a new fold forms.
