Hello. This is Inique Plastic Surgery.
The college entrance exam is over, and with graduation and admission season approaching,
many people are choosing to undergo plastic surgery.
Among them, the eyes, which shape a person’s impression!
Today, before entering a new school or a new workplace,
we’ll look at the most basic procedure for creating a good impression and image:
double eyelid surgery, as well as revision procedures for unfolded double eyelids,
triple folds, and more.

Inique studies how to create a natural line that does not loosen over time.
In particular, to avoid leaving scars,
the design is made along the skin texture of Nature skin creas.
Let’s start with the incision method among the surgical techniques performed along this Nature skin creas.
At Inique, we perform a slightly different procedure from the usual one, called the smooth incision method.
The inner corner area of the eye is triple-fixed so that it does not loosen,
and then the depth of fixation is adjusted by area so that the middle and outer parts are not fixed too deeply,
allowing them to fold naturally.
While regular surgery typically uses 4 to 5 fixation points,
the smooth incision method uses 7 to 9 points,
creating a much more natural and smooth line.

Next is the high-density buried method.
In the case of unfolded double eyelids, it is highly likely that the person previously had buried suture surgery.
To reduce this kind of issue, Inique performs surgery with a high-density buried method,
re-securing the fold firmly.
A 10-point fixation that lowers the chance of loosening,
and narrowing the intervals between adhesion points help create a smoother line.
The fixation points require only needle-sized openings, and only the outer knot area is finely incised by 2 mm,
so no scar remains, which is why many people prefer this procedure.
However, the surgical method may differ depending on your skin and eye condition,
so be sure to get a consultation.

Now let’s take a look at triple folds.
A triple fold is a phenomenon in which multiple double eyelid lines appear.
The causes of triple folds include loosened double eyelids, adhesion caused by surgery,
and a lack of fat and soft tissue above the eyes.
For the first cause, unfolded double eyelids, as explained above,
they can be improved through Inique’s smooth incision method and high-density buried method.
Let’s look at the second cause, adhesion caused by surgery.
This can happen after surgery to lower the double eyelid line,
when adhesion forms at the height where the original double eyelid line used to be,
resulting in a triple fold.
The solution is adhesion release surgery.
After releasing the adhesion area, fat and muscle are lowered and inserted to help prevent recurrence.
In some cases, if ptosis is present,
eyelid correction is performed at the same time.

The last cause is a lack of fat and soft tissue above the eyes.
When there is enough volume above the eyes, the skin above the double eyelid sufficiently covers the skin below the double eyelid.
However, when the volume of fat and soft tissue is insufficient,
the skin above the double eyelid appears sunken,
causing wrinkles to form above the double eyelid.
In such cases, the problem can be addressed with eyelid fat grafting,
which increases volume by layering fine fat grafts and helps prevent clumping.
However, because the eyelid skin is thin, the fat may look bulging or be felt after it is placed,
so the amount injected at one time must be limited.

So far, we have looked at surgical methods for creating natural double eyelids
and revision procedures for fixing unfolded double eyelids and triple folds.
Since this is surgery on the eyes, it is important to make sure you receive the procedure at a safe place.
At Inique, we consider various possible cases and provide each person with the right method through consultation,
and an experienced specialist performs the surgery,
so we would like to say that you can feel at ease.
The doors of Inique are always wide open,
so please feel free to visit us~
Then, as if you were beautiful from the very beginning,
this has been Inique.
