The front corner of the eye is fixed in three layers so it does not loosen, and the fixation depth is adjusted by area to create a line that is neither loose nor too deep.

Unlike general surgical methods, the number of fixation points is increased by about two times, so the spacing between points is narrower, making the line even smoother.

Next is the high-density non-incisional method.

Unlike the non-incisional method, which creates an adhesion line by making adhesion points, it is inevitably more likely to loosen.

If there is a lot of fat above the eyes, the upper part can bulge out and look stuffy, so to improve this, the surgery is performed after removing the fat.

The reason for the 4 mm minimal incision is that even a partial incision, if made too long, can leave scars that are even worse than those from incisional double eyelid surgery.
