First, let’s look at the smooth incision method.

This procedure adjusts the depth of the double eyelid without a pinched feeling or deep scarring,

and by using triple fixation,

it creates a natural and smooth line that does not come undone.

Triple fixation means tying the part where the double eyelid is most likely to loosen,

the starting point at the front, to the tarsal plate and the end of the levator palpebrae superioris tendon at the same time,

which helps reduce the chance of the front part of the double eyelid line loosening.

In this way, the front part is secured with triple fixation,

and the middle and outer parts are fixed without being too deep so that the line folds naturally.

Since the smooth incision method is a procedure that involves cutting the skin,

please note that recovery may take a little longer than with the non-incision method!

Next is the high-density non-incision method.

The non-incision method creates adhesion points, and compared with the incision method that creates adhesion lines,

it has the disadvantage of being more likely to loosen.

However, at Einique, we use a high-density non-incision method to help it stay in place for a long time without coming undone.

Unlike general surgical methods, this increases the number of points to up to 10,

narrowing the spacing between adhesion points and lowering the likelihood of loosening.

For the fixation points, only a needle hole is made,

and only the outermost knot area is micro-incised by 2 mm,

which has the advantage of leaving almost no scar.

Next is the fat-removal non-incision method, recommended for people with a lot of fat above the eyes.

If there is a lot of fat above the eyes, the upper part can look puffy,

making the eyes appear heavy.

In that case, proper fat removal can create a sharper double eyelid line.

So this procedure is performed together with the high-density non-incision method,

and to minimize scarring, it removes the fat above the eyes through a 4 mm micro-incision.

Although it is a little different from eye double eyelid surgery,

you can also achieve a clearer eye shape through ptosis correction and eye shape correction surgery.

In the case of these two procedures,

they are often performed for medical purposes,

and ptosis correction is, as the name suggests, a surgery that improves the condition where drooping eyelids obstruct the field of vision.

Eye shape correction, on the other hand, is recommended for people with weak eyelid-opening strength,

and refers to shortening the levator palpebrae superioris muscle, the Mueller muscle, or the tendon,

which play an important role in opening the eyes.

As with the high-density non-incision method,

the number of fixation points is increased for dense fixation,

strengthening the ability to open the eyes and helping it last longer without coming undone.
