First, when the double-eyelid fold has loosened

If the double-eyelid fixation comes undone or becomes loose, layers can form. In such cases, the double-eyelid needs to be firmly fixed again.

The final type of triple eyelid solution: treating adhesion caused by surgery

In some cases, after surgery to lower the double-eyelid line, adhesion occurs at the height where the original double-eyelid line used to be, which can cause triple eyelids.

In these cases, an adhesion release procedure is performed to separate the adhered area, and fat and muscle are placed lower down so that the adhesion does not recur. In addition, for patients with ptosis, ptosis correction is performed at the same time.

In the case of ptosis, the eyelid droops and blocks the field of vision. If the eyelid covers the black part of the eye by more than 2 mm, it can also create a sleepy-looking impression.

Therefore, if other people often tell you that you look sleepy or dazed, or if you feel that your vision is obstructed when looking straight ahead, ptosis is likely.
