First, the solution for a triple eyelid caused by a loosened double eyelid

However, when performing eyelid fat grafting, an important point is that the eyelid skin is thin, so if fat is injected too much or into the wrong place, it may become swollen or palpable, making the eyes look even more unnatural.

That is why it must be performed by experienced medical staff who can limit the amount injected at one time.

Lastly, third, adhesions caused by surgery

If, after the first double-eyelid surgery, you were less satisfied with the result or had a revision surgery to lower the double-eyelid line because of side effects, adhesions may form at the height where the existing double-eyelid line was, causing a triple eyelid.

In such cases, an adhesion release procedure is performed, which loosens the adhered area and prevents adhesions.

After releasing the adhesion site, fat and muscle are moved downward and inserted so that adhesions do not recur.
