If there is not enough skin available, a method called “double-line incision” is used. This method involves making an incision along a new design and preserving the skin while separating and releasing the existing upper line, but because it requires advanced skill, it is safer to choose a clinic that has handled more revision cases.

When the strength to open the eyes is weak, it is called ptosis. In cases of ptosis, even if the double eyelid is not high, the line can appear larger and look thicker.
