Hello, this is Inique Plastic Surgery.
For those considering double eyelid surgery,
the information most often searched for is
the difference between the incision and non-incision methods.
Today, together with Inique, a clinic specializing in eye surgery,
let’s take a look at the incision and non-incision double eyelid methods.
The double eyelid incision method creates an adhesion line,
while the non-incision method creates adhesion points.
Compared with the non-incision method,
the incision method has the advantage of being less likely to come undone,
but the non-incision method performed at Inique
is done with high density,
so you do not need to worry about that.

Because of this, at Inique,
either the incision or non-incision method is performed depending on the patient’s eye condition,
and the representative methods are three: Smooth Incision Method, High-Density Non-Incision Method,
and Fat-Removal Non-Incision Method.

First, the Smooth Incision Method
is Inique’s signature eye surgery method that creates a smooth line without a pinched look
or deep scarring by adjusting the depth of the double eyelid.
Unlike general surgical methods,
the inner corner area of the eye is fixed with triple fixation so that it does not come undone,
and the middle and outer areas are fixed at a shallow depth
to design a natural-looking line.
In addition, by adjusting the fixation depth according to each area,
a line is created that is not deep while still resisting loosening.
Unlike general methods that use 4 to 5 fixation points,
this method uses 7 to 9 fixation points,
so the spacing between points is narrow,
allowing for a smooth design.

The High-Density Non-Incision Method creates 10 points,
instead of the usual non-incision methods that use 4 to 5 points.
As a result, the likelihood of the double eyelid coming undone after surgery is significantly lower,
and because the spacing between adhesion points is narrow,
the line has the advantage of looking smooth.
Also, general non-incision methods typically perform surgery through an incision opening,
so there is a risk of scarring after surgery,
but Inique’s High-Density Non-Incision Method makes only needle holes,
and only a 2 mm micro-incision is made at the outermost knot area,
so scars do not remain.

The Fat-Removal Non-Incision Method removes the fat above the eye
through a minimum 4 mm incision while performing the High-Density Non-Incision Method at the same time.
If there is a lot of fat above the eye, the upper eyelid becomes bulging,
which gives the impression that the eyes look relatively heavy.
However, if appropriate fat removal is performed
at the same time as double eyelid surgery,
a clearer and more refreshed-looking double eyelid can be designed.
Also, because the incision length is kept within 4 mm,
a major advantage is that little to no scar remains.

We have looked at the difference between the incision and non-incision double eyelid methods,
as well as how they are performed.
The High-Density Non-Incision Method and Smooth Incision Method introduced today
are proprietary techniques that can only be performed at Inique,
and trademark application has also been completed.
That is how they are double eyelid surgery methods
with high patient satisfaction after surgery.
Inique Plastic Surgery, which minimizes scarring through precise techniques
and designs natural lines suited to each patient,
always puts safety first
and pursues natural beauty.
The name that will make your eyes beautiful:
"As if they were pretty from the beginning"
This has been Inique Plastic Surgery.
