Hello.
This is Ainique Plastic Surgery.
It feels like the New Year of 2023 just arrived yesterday,
but we are already in February.
Are you making good progress on your New Year’s resolutions?
Whenever time seems to be passing so quickly,
concerns and worries about aging tend to grow deeper as well.
Today, we would like to talk about middle-age plastic surgery,
which may be helpful for those who have noticed the signs of time on their face.
Ainique Plastic Surgery offers
various procedures that can help address middle-age concerns.
In particular, we have special expertise in middle-age eye surgery.
Let’s take a look at the plans for middle-age eye surgery by type!
Ainique Brow Lift

The first type is a method that can address the concern of
skin sagging between the eyebrows and the eyes in middle age.
Ainique brow lift is a method that removes the sagging skin,
including the skin and muscle beneath the eyebrows.
By excising only the sagging area without altering the original double-eyelid line,
the impression does not change even after surgery, making it natural.

Ainique does not recommend upper blepharoplasty.
The reason is that it can change your appearance.
The skin of our eyelids is thinner at the lower part
and becomes thicker as it gets closer to the upper eyebrow.
However, upper blepharoplasty removes the thin skin
just above the double-eyelid line, so the thicker skin above may descend,
causing the eyelid to become thicker and possibly resulting in an unnatural outcome.
For this reason, Ainique’s middle-age plastic surgery
recommends a brow lift, which removes the thicker skin above,
rather than upper blepharoplasty.
Ainique’s "safe" lower blepharoplasty

The second type of procedure is recommended for those whose under-eye area has become puffy
as the skin and fat beneath the eyes sag.
Ainique’s safe lower blepharoplasty
removes the sagging tissue under the eyes
and repositions the protruding fat
to create a natural and clean under-eye area.
This method removes only 80% of the skin,
which is Ainique’s unique technique for helping prevent ectropion.

Here, "ectropion" refers to a condition in which the lower eyelid turns outward.
This is a side effect caused by excessive skin removal.
To reduce the risk of ectropion,
Ainique removes only about 80% of the sagging skin
and preserves as much of the muscle as possible.
So far, we have looked at two types of Ainique’s middle-age eye surgery!
To briefly summarize the key points:

First, if you are concerned about drooping eyelids due to aging,
you can achieve a more defined and firm eye shape
without changing the double-eyelid line through Ainique brow lift.
Second, if you are concerned about sagging skin and fat under the eyes,
you can create a natural and clean under-eye area
through Ainique’s safe lower blepharoplasty.
With more than 5,000 eye surgeries performed,
experience in revision surgery,
and recognition through an award from the Minister of Health and Welfare,
as well as expertise acknowledged through textbooks and published papers,
we will repay your expectations for middle-age plastic surgery with results that bring satisfaction.
Until now, this has been Ainique Plastic Surgery,
just as if you had always been beautiful from the very beginning.
Thank you.
