In a typical procedure,

while the middle and outer parts are fixed without being too deep so that they fold naturally,

with wide spacing between them,

Ainic’s Smooth Incision Method uses 7 to 9 fixation points,

which makes the spacing between points narrower and gives a smoother result.

This procedure addresses one drawback of the buried suture method,

which is that double eyelids may loosen more easily compared to the incision method.

It creates a high-density line through 10 points so that the adhesion points can remain intact and last longer.

The fixation points are made with only needle holes,

and only the outermost knot area is micro-incised by 2 mm,

which not only has the advantage of leaving no scar,

but also allows a smooth double eyelid line to be created because the spacing between adhesion points is narrow.
