1. When the bridge looks crooked

2. When the nasal tip height has decreased

4. When the tip is deformed due to an implant

This occurs when the implant extends too far into the nasal tip,

continuously irritating the skin or cartilage of the tip and causing deformation.

In such cases, the tip implant is removed and the deformed cartilage is reconstructed.

Using autologous tissue such as cartilage and dermis,

the shape of the nasal tip is naturally corrected.
