the implant is inserted deeply all the way to the nasal tip,

causing continuous irritation to the skin or cartilage of the tip,

which can lead to deformation.

In this case, after removing the nasal tip implant,

the deformed cartilage is reconstructed.

When reconstructing it,

autologous tissue such as cartilage and dermis is used

to naturally correct the shape of the nasal tip.

Fourth, in cases where the height of the nasal tip has decreased,

support for the nasal tip may not have been properly established,

or over time,

the height of the nasal tip may decrease.

In such cases, a custom implant that reinforces nasal tip support

is inserted to raise the tip.
