The first type is a hump nose.

First, when the protrusion of the bridge and the drooping of the tip are mild, we perform surgery to precisely shave the protruding bone and cartilage in the middle of the bridge to complete a natural line.

If the bridge protrusion and tip drooping are severe, depending on the case, we combine this with the insertion of an implant to raise the bridge and bring the bones and cartilage together, adjusting the overall nose line in a harmonious way.

The next type to look at is short nose surgery.

In the case of short nose surgery, it is one of the most difficult procedures among nose surgeries, so the surgical expertise of the medical team is especially important.

At Inique, customized solutions are applied according to each patient’s different nose shape and the degree to which the tip is lifted.

If the nose tip is lifted upward, we graft septal cartilage, adjust the position of the alar cartilage, and then correct the elevated tip downward.

However, some people have noses that are severely short in length. For these patients, rib cartilage, which is a strong cartilage that can be harvested from the body, is used to appropriately lengthen and secure the nose.

Lastly, if the nose is crooked, it can also cause issues such as nasal congestion, rhinitis, and sinusitis.

That is why a more accurate preoperative diagnosis is necessary.

Through data diagnosed accurately via 3D CT, we address not only functional issues but also aesthetic concerns for each case.

When using an artificial implant, it is important to select the most suitable implant according to each person’s forehead bone and nasal bone height, as well as the design the patient wants.
