Hello.
This is Ineek Plastic Surgery.
Today, among the various double eyelid surgery methods,
we will take a look at
Ineek buried suture method.
The buried suture method is
a method of creating a double eyelid
by securing it with thread.
Compared with the incision method,
if there is a double eyelid line, the incision method
creates an adhesion line, while the Ineek buried suture method
creates adhesion points.
Therefore, because a line is inevitably stronger than points,
the incision method has a lower chance of coming undone,
but the drawback of the Ineek buried suture method is
that it is more likely to come undone than the incision method.
Then, if the number of adhesion points
is 10 points
rather than 4 to 5 points,
the chance of coming undone will be lower, right?
So in a typical
buried suture method, if 4 to 5 points are
secured,
in the Ineek buried suture method,
10 points are secured.

This method has three advantages.
First, it can reduce the chance of the double eyelid
coming undone,
and second, if we increase the number of fixation points,
we can secure from the very front
of the eye to the very back,
preventing the double eyelid from ending in the middle
and making the eye look shorter,
and we can always extend the line slightly longer
than the natural eye size.
Third,
because the spacing between points is narrow,
the line is less likely to become distorted or come undone.

For example, if there are five points
and one of them becomes loose,
that section of the line
will bend and become distorted.
However, if the spacing between points is narrow,
even if one becomes loose, the shape of the double eyelid does not change much,
which means the line can be kept smooth.
The Ineek buried suture method performs surgery
while considering the eye's three-dimensional
structure in full.

First, the appropriate height of the double eyelid line,
second, the position where the double eyelid line is fixed,
third, a natural
design that preserves the original line; by considering these three factors,
it completes a natural double eyelid line.
The size of the double eyelid, that is, the height of the double eyelid line,
plays a decisive role in
natural eye surgery.
The smaller the double eyelid, the more natural it tends to look, and the larger it is,
the greater the risk of looking unnatural, but if it is too small,
it can become an inner double eyelid, leaving the surgical result less than ideal,
so choosing the right size for each person
is very important.

Also, when fixing the double eyelid line,
if it is fixed too high,
it becomes a deep, pinched double eyelid,
and if it is fixed too low,
it becomes shallow, causing the skin to sag
or the line to come undone,
so only by fixing it at an appropriate
height and depth that is neither too deep nor too shallow can a natural line be created
from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
In the Ineek buried suture method, the section at the front,
where the double eyelid is most likely to come undone,
is secured with a triple fixation by tying it simultaneously
to the tarsal plate and the end of the levator aponeurosis,
which helps reduce the possibility
of the double eyelid coming undone at the inner corner of the eye.
The eyelid has skin texture lines that move
with the eye, and
a non-surgical double eyelid is a crease that folds naturally
following those skin texture lines.
Therefore, when designing a double eyelid,
it must be designed according to the skin texture lines
that follow the natural movement of the eye
so that no surgical traces remain.

As such, the Ineek buried suture method
accurately understands the three-dimensional structure
of the double eyelid and performs the procedure accordingly,
making it possible to create a natural, smooth double eyelid surgery
with a low chance of coming undone.
In addition, through one-on-one consultations,
it fully considers the design the customer wants,
so satisfaction with the surgical results is also high.
