Shinnonhyeon Shurink: How Can You Avoid Wasting Money?

Hello, I’m Park Young-mi, chief director of Seolleung UI & I Clinic^^
If you’re reading this post, you’re probably concerned about skin elasticity or want to improve sagging skin.
These days, there is so much information about Shurink online that you may be wondering, “Is this really the right procedure for me?” or “How effective is it?”
As a doctor with 15 years of experience, I can say that Shurink can be a very good procedure if you understand it properly and receive it the right way. On the other hand, if you get it done incorrectly, you may waste not only time and money but also experience side effects.
Today, based on my experience treating countless patients, I’d like to talk about the Shurink procedure, so please focus for a moment^^

Is Shurink Universe really good?
Shurink is a lifting procedure that uses high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU).
It works by delivering thermal energy deep into the skin without damaging the skin surface, promoting collagen production and helping the skin become firmer.
In particular, because the energy reaches deep layers called the SMAS layer (fascial layer), it has the advantage of allowing skin tightening to be expected.

“I heard it works well for others, so why do I... look older?” I often meet patients who feel disappointed like this.
What I’ve learned while treating many patients over the past 15 years is that Shurink treatment must be customized.
Even among people in the same age group, there are huge individual differences in skin condition, elasticity, the amount of subcutaneous fat, skeletal structure, and more.
So it is necessary to accurately understand each patient’s condition and choose the right energy level and treatment method accordingly.

Why is customized treatment important?
First, let me explain a few representative reasons why Shurink is not recommended.
-
When the skin is too thin
-
When there is too little fat (volume)
-
When skin sagging is severe
and so on...
In such cases, there is a high possibility that you may actually look older, so I often recommend other procedures.

Lifting is a procedure in which judgment based on clear criteria is especially important.
If this process is skipped and the procedure is performed uniformly, side effects may occur.
For example, the cartridge and energy need to be adjusted appropriately while considering skin thickness.
'Whether Shurink is suitable for the person'
'How closely it can meet the expected results'
'Whether another procedure might be better'
If you judge only by age or symptoms, then truly careful customized treatment based on your skin condition will inevitably be difficult, and it will also be difficult to expect good results.
I can say with confidence that the success or failure of lifting starts with the diagnosis. In fact, all of this can be seen as reflecting the doctor’s experience and skill.
So for those of you reading this post, I recommend finding a clinic that understands the importance of diagnosis and getting the results you want.

Shinnonhyeon Shurink is definitely a lifting procedure that can produce good results. However, as with all medical procedures, it is most important to provide customized treatment for the right candidates.
Rather than proceeding with treatment unconditionally, I believe it is the doctor’s responsibility to suggest a method that can help the patient achieve the results they want through a careful diagnosis.
So for those of you reading this post, please keep in mind what I mentioned today when choosing a clinic.
Thank you for reading this long post. This was Park Young-mi from Seolleung UI & I Clinic.
