Hello! This is Globi Plastic Surgery Clinic.
Today, following Part 1 of the previous review, we’ll take a look at Kang Nara’s actual recovery process and progress from day 2 to one month after her Motiva breast augmentation surgery, along with video clips.
We’ll review this real-life experience ourselves, one by one.
If you are considering breast augmentation, we recommend watching until the end.

Day 2 after surgery – the day to remove the bandages and change into a support bra
On the second day after Motiva breast augmentation, Ms. Kang Nara came to the hospital.
This was the day to remove the bandages and switch to supportive underwear.
The Motiva implants, 360cc on the right and 340cc on the left, had settled into place beautifully.

The attending doctor’s comment on her progress:
“Perfect. The scars look good, and the position is excellent. If it looks this natural from the start, it’s quite natural-looking.”
Ms. Kang Nara said she had almost no pain after surgery. She said, “It really didn’t hurt as much as I expected.”
We also explained once again that the incision for the Motiva breast augmentation implants was carefully made to be about 3 cm, minimizing scarring.

We also gave her the following Motiva breast augmentation precautions for up to one week after surgery:
- You can carry out daily activities below the elbows.
- You can wash your face, shower, and wash your hair (but do not raise your arms overhead).
- When getting up after sleeping, do not push up with your arms; turn your body and get up.

Day 1 week after surgery – changes in bra size
By the one-week mark, Ms. Kang Nara’s expression looked much brighter.
She said using her arms was a little uncomfortable for the first week, but other than that, she lived quite comfortably without pain.
It was also impressive how carefully she walked when going out and took great care to avoid any impact to her chest.
In the middle of the video, while receiving LED care, she also said this:
“I had my size measured at an underwear store, and they said I was a C cup to D cup.
The word ‘D’ made me so happy, haha. Today I came wearing a D-cup bra!”
She had previously worn a 75A cup.
After Motiva breast augmentation, her size changed to a 75D cup, and the fit definitely changed as well.
Not only did the implants create volume, but they also formed a natural line, making the fit of her clothes feel different overall.

Day 2 weeks after surgery – recovery that already feels like one month
At the two-week follow-up after Motiva breast augmentation, Ms. Kang Nara also looked comfortable.
This was the day she began capsule therapy in earnest.

What is capsule therapy?
👉 Promotes lymph circulation to reduce bruising and swelling
👉 Helps prevent capsular contracture
👉 Helps create a natural feel and smooth lines
At first, Ms. Kang Nara said she only felt something like a “tingling sensation,” and midway through she even said, “It was so warm I almost fell asleep,” showing how comfortable it was for her.
From this stage on:
- Sleeping on your side is allowed
- Scar ointment can be applied
This is also the period when these changes begin.
Ms. Kang Nara also said she had no pain, only itching, so she was managing it with cream.

What I felt while watching the video was that even two weeks after surgery, there was almost no inconvenience in daily life.
It really felt like Motiva breast augmentation has a very fast recovery.

Day 4 weeks after surgery – it became soft, like my real breast
The last video was a one-month follow-up video after Motiva breast augmentation.
We asked Ms. Kang Nara several questions about how she felt after one month, and here is the summary:
Implant: Motiva
Incision site: incision under the breast fold (recommended for those who prefer wearing revealing clothes and find an armpit incision uncomfortable)
Bra size change: 75A → 75D
How it felt after wearing a bikini: "I became so sexy..."
Appearance changes: Clothes that fit closely to the body now show off her figure much better, and she has come to prefer more revealing outfits

The only uncomfortable part after Motiva breast augmentation surgery
was being unable to use her arms freely for about the first week.
She also mentioned that when it was uncomfortable in the beginning because she couldn’t wash her hair, she received scalp care at the hospital, which was one of the things she was satisfied with...!

She said she felt almost no pain after Motiva breast augmentation.
The swelling and changes in touch sensation also progressed naturally, and because she consistently received LED and capsule care, her recovery was faster.
She received pumpkin juice as a gift, but didn’t drink any of it...

Overall, Ms. Kang Nara’s progress was very good.
The implant position, symmetry, scar condition, and texture were all a textbook recovery case after Motiva breast augmentation.
Her bright expression and confident appearance in the video could be a great help to those considering breast augmentation.
Especially for those who were curious about fast recovery, a natural shape, and changes in size,
we hope Ms. Kang Nara’s real case provided a sufficient answer!
