Therefore, instead of performing surgery immediately,

we recommended improving her body composition and returning for another consultation.

After surgery, avoid wearing underwear with wires

or firm padding for one month so that blood flow is not compressed.

During the first three days after surgery, when swelling is usually at its worst,

avoid sleeping on your stomach and sleep with your upper body elevated

by approximately the height of one pillow, as this can aid recovery.

really make a difference?

This is a question that contains both anticipation and concern.

SVF (stem cells) helps grafted fat cells

settle into their new location.

SVF extracted from adipose tissue contains abundant growth factors

When injected together around the grafted area,

new blood vessels may form more quickly,

to the grafted area, so it should be strictly avoided

for at least one month before and after surgery,

including exposure to secondhand smoke.

Extreme dieting should also be avoided for one month after surgery,

because adequate nutrition is necessary for the grafted fat cells

to establish themselves in their new location.

During the early stage of graft take, avoid pressing or rubbing

the grafted area excessively with your hands.

Even when washing your face, gently patting and wiping around the breasts

with your fingertips can help promote stabilization.
