Following the basics is the most important part of plastic surgery. Procedures should be planned with the patient's entire lifetime in mind. Both the process and the results must be safe. At Globee, we always put our patients first.
Consultation is an important step that leads to surgery. To help you feel satisfied with your results, we promise personalized consultations with medical professionals who have extensive clinical experience.
Postoperative care can also be considered an extension of the surgery. We provide personalized care programs to support our patients' prompt recovery.
Before Deciding on Breast Fat Grafting
Some of you have probably spent the entire night reading reviews.
But when there are more reviews,
you may actually find the decision even more difficult—
an experience you have probably had at least once.
Reviews are simply impressions of the results;
they do not show the process
that produced those results.
In this article, we will point out
the factors you should truly examine carefully
when reviewing breast fat grafting experiences.
Different Review “Timelines”
Tell Completely Different Stories
Breast Fat Grafting Reviews
Isn't a clinic with many reviews automatically a good one?
This is a question we hear very often in the consultation room.
Whenever we hear it, we ask one question in return:
Was that review from “immediately after surgery”?
Or was it from “three months later”?
One of the easiest things to overlook in breast fat grafting
is how volume changes over time.
Immediately after surgery, swelling and the transferred fat
can make the breasts look larger than they actually are.
As the swelling subsides, the volume decreases
through approximately the first month.
The transferred fat generally settles into its new location
around three months after surgery, and that condition represents the practical result.
Reviews based on photos taken immediately after surgery
do not show at all whether the volume is maintained over time.

What you should really look at is the follow-up review from three months onward.
Reviews that show how much volume has been maintained,
whether the balance between the left and right sides is good,
and how satisfied the patient is with the texture
are practical criteria for making a decision.
There is one more point to examine in reviews.
If the consultation process is described,
you can gauge whether the clinic values the process
as much as the results.
If the review explains whether the clinic directly assessed
the skin thickness and amount of breast tissue,
and whether it honestly explained the realistic upper limit
of the amount of fat that could be injected,
that is a useful basis for trusting the clinic.

If a consultation review gives the impression that the clinic will “do everything exactly as requested,”
we recommend thinking about it once more.
At Globee, when we determine that the conditions are not suitable,
we explain this honestly,
and our principle is not to recommend an unreasonable procedure.
What Reviews Do Not Tell You
Must Be Confirmed Directly During Consultation
Breast Fat Grafting Reviews
No matter how many reviews I read,
I still don't know whether they apply to my case.
If you have this concern, it is difficult to find the answer
from reviews alone.
This is because the amount that can be injected
and the expected results of breast fat grafting
vary significantly depending on each person's body characteristics.
The person featured in a review may have relatively thick skin
and a sufficient amount of breast tissue.
By contrast, you may have very thin skin
and almost no body fat.
Since each person's physical conditions are completely different,
it is risky to expect an unreasonable result
based solely on someone else's review.

Depending on your physical condition, there may be significant differences
in fat retention and volume maintenance. If the procedure is pushed too far
without considering those conditions, the result may fall short of expectations
or complications may occur,
so an honest assessment by a medical professional must come first.
Clinically, the volume change that can be expected from fat grafting
is approximately half a cup to one cup from the current size.
Reviews or consultations that promise results far beyond this range
should be viewed with caution and examined carefully.

Whether you consult a clinic that performs only fat grafting
or one that also performs implant surgery
is another important factor.
Only a clinic where both options are available
can provide an objective and honest assessment such as,
“Implants are more suitable for your body type
than fat grafting.”

Postoperative swelling is usually at its worst on the third day
and gradually subsides afterward. During this period, when showering,
rather than rubbing the breast area firmly with your fingertips,
simply patting it dry lightly can make a practical difference
in stabilizing the fat cells.
When sleeping, raising your upper body by the height of one pillow
can help both maintain blood flow and reduce swelling.
Avoiding underwear with firm underwires for at least one month
is the most basic way to protect the grafted area.
You should also avoid extreme dieting during the first month after surgery,
as sufficient nutritional support is needed
for the fat cells to take root in their new location.

With breast fat grafting, the results depend more on
how well your individual conditions match the surgical method
than on reviews.
Sharing exactly what process took place behind the striking before-and-after photos,
along with the possible complications and realistic limitations,
is Globee's principle.
We recommend first finding the answers that reviews cannot provide
by confirming an accurate plan tailored to your individual case.
