Working on the front teeth
This is not just a matter of fixing one tooth.
It changes a person’s impression, changes their expression, and ultimately touches part of their life.
What we commonly call a peg lateral, a broken front tooth, or a malformed anterior segment may not be a major functional problem.
But it subtly distorts that person’s “natural expression.”
And that subtlety is the problem.
Patients often cannot explain it in words.
“Something feels off.”
“It looks awkward in photos.”
“I’m conscious of it when I smile.”
The treatment that solves that “something” is front tooth treatment.

Why do I go this deep into it?
Creating a single replica that is indistinguishable from a natural tooth
Honestly, from a management-efficiency standpoint, this is not a treatment that adds up.
It takes a long time,
is highly difficult,
and the result depends very heavily on the clinician’s manual skill.
It is the same resin,
but the outcome is completely different depending on who does it.
That is why I become even more persistent.
This is not a treatment that can be done by manual.
It requires the sense to build with your hands,
the eye to read light,
and the ability to “create” form.
Those three things have to come together at once.
When a complete tooth finally blends in harmony with the smile,
the fact that this is a tooth I created
gives me a renewed sense of fulfillment and joy.

The appeal of resin lies in “reproduction” and “creation”
Porcelain is excellent too.
It is precise, stable, and beautiful.
The fact that it can be outsourced to a craftsman is also a great appeal.
But resin is different.
Resin is a material that is shaped on the spot,
while observing how it harmonizes with that patient’s face and expression.
You layer it,
adjust the translucency,
control the flow of light,
and create a single tooth that suits that person.
This is not a laboratory restoration,
but something closer to a single work of art completed right there on the spot.
That is why it cannot be replaced
Of course, it can also be done with laminate veneers,
and it can also be done with crowns.
But a treatment that can change expression
on the same day,
right there,
while preserving the original tooth structure as much as possible
without grinding down the tooth,
is resin alone.
This is not just one treatment option among many;
it is a completely different category of treatment.
In the end, what remains is the moment
The moment the work is finished and the patient looks in the mirror,
they pause for a moment.
And then their expression changes.
That is all.
No explanation is needed.
There is no need to struggle to make them understand.
That single moment is enough.
That is why I keep doing this
Even if it takes a long time,
is physically tiring,
and is less efficient than other treatments,
the reason I keep pursuing this treatment is simple.
It cannot be replaced.
And
more than any other treatment,
it is the field where the feeling of “changing a person” comes through most directly.
Anterior resin is
not a treatment that fixes teeth,
but work that restores a person’s expression.
It is work that helps them smile in the most “themselves” way possible.
That is the work I do.
