What comes to mind when you think of summer?

There are many things, but for people of all ages and genders, the first thing that comes to mind is probably a vacation 🤩🤩

Students have summer break or the end of classes, and adults have summer vacation.

You may always be interested in plastic surgery to look prettier, but if you’re too busy to make time, this seems like the perfect season.

At times like this, you may suddenly think:

Won’t I get inflammation if I have plastic surgery in summer?

Since you sweat a lot in summer and it’s an uncomfortable season, that’s a completely understandable thought 😥

In the past,

because surgical equipment and techniques, antibiotics, and air-conditioning systems were not as advanced as they are now,

it is true that the frequency of inflammation in summer was higher.

However!!

That is now a story of the past.

With today’s improved technology, as long as you follow the basic precautions, there is no need to be afraid of plastic surgery in the summer.

And from the third day after surgery onward, it is actually best to use warm compresses to reduce swelling. That is why summer can actually be helpful, by raising body temperature and aiding blood circulation, which helps reduce swelling 🤭

Of course, until the third day, you should use cold compresses :)

If you just take a few precautions, for a few days after surgery, rest comfortably indoors so sweat does not get into the stitches, and when you go outside after surgery, make sure to protect yourself from UV rays so the scar does not get pigmented by the sun. Just remember sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat for UV protection!

Since we’re looking at aftercare, shall we also take a look at some before-and-after cases from Nooneh High Plastic Surgery?

Double eyelids (non-incisional) + epicanthoplasty

This patient already had double eyelids, but the crease was thin, so they underwent surgery.

They wanted a semi-out line, so we created a higher line, and since this photo was taken only on day 6, there is still swelling, but it still looks good, right? 🤗

That patient left the country after day 6, so this is the only photo we have, but for the results after that, it would be best to check the unfiltered, realistic photos on the blog run by that customer.

Next is a patient who underwent correction for uneven eyes (incision + eye correction).

Only the right side underwent incision for double eyelids + eye correction.

It’s day 1, so there is a bit of swelling, right?

So after disinfection, we provided swelling LED treatment.

Ta-da~ How is it?

It’s only been 8 days, but you can see that the swelling has gone down a lot and it looks prettier, right?
